Taking it too slowly?

I repeated week 1 three times. Am I being overly cautious? I've been out tonight and done W2R1 but I was that puffed I can't even imagine doing week 3 yet. Should I push myself more or will my slowly slowly approach be okay if it suits me?

Go through week 2 and see how you feel, if you feel you'd like to do it again do so

You could always go forward and give it a try and if you have to step back again

Trust the programme and take each session as it comes. Don't try to imagine week 3 yet, you still have 2 more sessions of week 2 😊 . Each time you'll be building up a bit more stamina. If you successfully complete all 3 sessions of week 2 you'll be ready for week 3, even if it won't seem like it. Believe in yourself and go for it 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻

Really good advice. I concur

"Onwards and Upwards" is what you'll hear a lot around this precint - not "faster and elegant-er!' 🙂

It's about progress, NOT perfection. The programme is indeed designed to "push" you but in the best possible way.

Read the early posts of Graduates - and then our "Graduation announcements" - I have yet to see one that says "I knew all along I could do this!"

You're doing fine, keep on running - and progressing :)

Saving your seat at the Graduation table for you in the meantime :)

Absolutely! But also try and find your inner warrior :) Be brave, push yourself onward, forward and toward your goal. You can do this!

There is nothing wrong with being cautious and/or conservative. There is no hurry to finish this programme - and IF at the completion of it, you think that you may have been a bit too cautious , you can always repeat it at a harder level of effort.

Nah don't push anything! Slow is fine. You will be building up lung and leg power by doing these sessions

Eat and drink well, try and get enough sleep, walk more and you'll be fine. REst days are important so make sure you take them 😃
