Just finished and completed Run 1 of Week 4.

Ran so slowly I was overtaken by a couple of chihuahuas but I did it!

Congrats! I also finished run 1 of week 4 today. I ran quite slowly as well, but we can build up speed later on. Good work on your run! 👍👍
