All my faith in my running ability is fully restored, that was the best run so far, after the disappointment of the last run I feel amazing and really looking forward to the next one. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the above stats are ok?

Well you are about twice as fast as me, if that's anything :-)

Brilliant Martin_Rose 😊...great to hear you say it was your best run so far too!

Your stats look absolutely fine and dandy... you are covering quite a distance there. Its all about finding your comfy pace remember, so don't get hung up on pace /distance yet...plenty of time for that after graduating😉

Biggie next..good luck 😊x

I don't understand stats...but I do know you are doing brilliantly!

Slow and steady for your next run!!!

I think the reason I enjoyed this one so much, is because I started slow and steady. Thanks Oldfloss.

Great job, Martin, especially as you felt a little disappointed after R1 this week. Stats look fab to my untrained eye!

you have done brilliantly...like I said already tonight...you have made me feel 100% better about this run for me in the morning, I will be going to sleep with a little smile on my face...so your stats?..huh...that's much more important to me!!! Thank you 😊

Hey well done Martin,

Glad your faith has been restored......it certainly gives you a boost. You've done grand, fair play.

As for your stats, I don't know enough to be honest, but you must be doing pretty well, or better than me regarding pace, as I must be really slow. Mine is around 14'50". That must be super slug slow 😂😂

I'm sure one of the peeps in the know on here can give you advice.

Keep going Martin and I look forward to your next run results 😊

Thanks Beth, looking forward to seeing your next post. X

Martin a 5 15 per km best pace is that good? Are you 'aving a larf?

Average at 6 33 , so that's more or less 5k in 30 minutes....

Take it as blinking brilliant and be chuffed to buckets....

I am no statty person, but hey you doing fine bro.

Didn't have a cheetah emoji, so got you a leopard instead!

That is an Awesome time in my book! I'm over the moon I got back today to where I did 5k in under 40 minutes :) LOL

What magic is this??? 😁 what tech do I need to use to know these things please? I'm not technical at all but it would be good to know if my pace is changing and distance etc. Yours looks very fast though... well done!!

I have a free "Nike Run Club" app that records this sort of stuff for me. Only I think it's broken because it always says my average pace is around 9:30 per km. :-) ha ha ha

Thank you, I will give it a go. If it says my pace is also 9.30 per km it's definitely broken as I won't be anywhere near that! I will let you know tomorrow 😊

I just use the health app that was on my phone, Samsung, I don't have a clue about what it means. 😁
