I can't believe it - completed today's run and felt like I could carry on! I wasn't counting down the seconds until I could stop, silently cursing Jo Whiley and praying for her voice to speak to me. I was surprised when she said I was all done and even jogged while she congratulated me (on Sunday I stopped running as soon as the podcast went quiet!)
Needless to say, I followed Jo's instructions and completed the warm down walk instead but I'm very optimistic about next week now🏃🏼♀️
