Got to say this was the hardest week but so chuffed I completed it , think I'm going very slow but to me it doesn't matter , have just downloaded map my run so I have a guide from now on to see if I'm progressing . Have also started wearing some Achilles' tendons ankle straps to help as left Ankle was playing up ! Surprisingly they have helped with the shin splints and general stiffness in calves too ! Not sure whether it's placebo but heyho it's working !

Very well done... from here on in, the runs get longer and are very satisfying!

Glad all is well with your Achilles and keep it steady and slow as you move on!

Well done on week 6. I'm at exactly the same point, just back in from run 3, week 6 so know exactly how you feel. I keep telling myself to look back at where I was in the early weeks compared to now. The jumps from 20 to 25, then 28 and 30 don't seem as as scary as the jump up to 20. If we've got this far the rest should be easy (right?) :)!!!

Me too! I just completed w6r3 this morning and am so pleased with myself that I can actually run for 25 mins without stopping. I am very slow though so I guess w7 is about getting comfortable running for that long and improving speed? Well done to you though! It's a great feeling.
