Well I did it and I am proud of myself. W2D1 ticked off. Thank you to everyone who commented on my post after Week 1 where I was a little gutted about timings and slowing down.
The words of wisdom resonated though so I am focusing on the running sessions and making sure that I build these up slowly and actually run for the 30 minutes at the end of the programme, whenever that will be.
From small acorns do big oaks grow thank you x

You are doing well and speed will come if that's something you want to do after C25K. You're building up your running legs at the present, so every km run goes into the bank for your running future.
Go go go .....πwe have all been where you are and as only on wk 6 myself remember it well . This program works and no rush -- just slowly slowly catch the monkey . ( if that's the right saying - I get these mixed up at times - my son has an oooops book where he writes down funny things people say -- I feature strongly π€£π€£π€£)
