9 weeks ago I started on this programme, which may seem like nothing to some of you, but to someone who got tired going up stairs this was a huge challenge. When I started, I thought I was going to have a heart attack after having run for barely 60 seconds, yet here I am today, having run comfortably for 30 whole minutes and LOVED IT. there was a lot of sweat and a lot of tears, but my god it was worth it and heck, I'm proud of myself.
