I can't believe I have done this! Stepped out the door an hour ago, trainers on, bounce in my step ready to take on the final run of the program.
Plodding around our local nature reserve trying to keep my cool under the cover of trees but it's no good, it's hot, I'm sweating I'm fighting the little gremlin telling me it would be okay to walk.
Knocked the gremlin off my shoulder and carried on at a lovely steady pace feeling pleased with myself although very hot still.
Thank you to all those that have been here to read my posts and offer advice where needed. This has been a fabulous journey and the start of something special π

Thank you! What should have been my final two weeks ended up taking far longer because of my son breaking his arm and having to have surgery on it - but I made it and I'm so happy π how are you doing post graduation?
I feel fantastic, never thought I would make it this far but everyone here and my family have been so supportive. Going to celebrate by giving the garden a makeover and then a gin later π
Thank you to you too, its been great having you along the way π I've signed up for two 5k runs over the next month so I'm focusing on getting to 5k as I've been shy of it so far. How are you getting on?
About the same 4.88 km is my best at the moment but not really been looking as all Iβve been doing is listening to the podcast until Laura says stop.
