First Week Complete!

As a total non runner trying to recover strength after knee surgery last year I'm feeling quite proud that I've completed the first week, slow as a heard of turtles but completed none the less!

Cannot believe how hard I found this though. Hopefully not totally alone on how much I struggled on the first day πŸ™ˆ

Last week was my first and was terrible with my breathing but still felt good when I completed a session.

My first week was torture, really struggled to complete each run. But against all odds, I completed W5R3 today, so it can be done, the programme magically gets you there. Don't be afraid or disheartened to repeat a run if necessary.

I'm firmly in the tortoise camp, and happy to stay there for as long as I need to!

You are definitely not alone, the first day was awful for me too. Slow and steady, we'll get there. Good luck for week 2 and beyond :)
