Week 6 complete

Well after having a struggle on Saturday with run 2 my confidence was knocked a little but I only went and completed the 25 minutes last night! Felt good and comfortable so I think a good nights sleep and cooler weather definitely made a difference compared to Saturdays run. Week 6 really is mind over matter so those struggling after the elation of the first 20 min run carry on! As always it works!!

Week six is the hardest. Now that's done and dusted you are on the home straight. Just go very steadily. No hurry!

Good luck πŸ™‚πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘βœ”οΈ

Did you find that too? Why is that do you think? Oh don't worry there's no hurrying about me I still feel like I'm hardly even running I'm so slow!!

Slow is good. Don't forget that! No need for speed. You only have to finish. Those who go slow will have the last laugh as they will finish injury free, safe and sound.

Good luck πŸ™‚

I dunno why six is the hardest. It just is. Perhaps someone here will know but I am not very good when it comes to detail. I found it the hardest for sure.

Anyway, don't sweat that minor detail just line up the next run. Knock em down skittle fashion πŸ˜ƒ

Lol thank you!! And yes I was thinking that yesterday how I'm slow but finished every run and (touch wood) so far not injured anything so off I shall go continuing!

Good! Stick to it. Dogged and determined will get you there. While you are running nice and steady you get time to have a look round and take things in. The running then is going on in the background πŸ™‚
