Physio appointment at last

After waiting since the beginning of June I have now got an appointment for Physio for 13 September!! Hopefully this will mean I can start back running as since completing couch to 5k I've not been doing very much (none)!

I suppose I should write down any questions I have as I know I'll forget if not.

Just keeping everything crossed that my back will be sorted and running will recommence.

Gosh, that is a long wait - bad backs are horrible (have suffered myself), you really do have my sympathy. Fingers crossed that you get the help and support you need now.🙂
