Finally managed 3 runs this week - first time I've done 3 in a week since being back after the hip related break. Life has a horrible habit of getting in the way but very happy today :o)
Grim running in the humidity though - even at 8.30 today it was pretty horrid!!

Gosh it has been warm this morning hasn't it. I took my boy out for his W1R2 before going on for my W7R3.
I was just saying to him this morning that he will know when the bug has bitten when you start to feel itchy and flighty if you have not been out for your run yet.
This must be a real milestone that you are getting back to normal. I am really pleased for you.
Thanks! It's a relief - there's always a nigglepy voice in my head saying 'You're not a real runner, you won't keep going at it' (even after nearly 6 months!!). It's good to know that it's wrong!
