How on earth did I do that?

Just finished week 5 run 1! When I started this, running for one minute was almost impossible, and running for 5 was laughable, and then I've just done it three times... finally starting to get the runners high- I'm knackered, but elated 😀

The run was much better today, no rain, podcast didn't skip back and no idiotic pedestrians 😂 did have a dog who wanted me to chase them, and it was so hard not to stop and play!

I can totally relate! I've just started with those highs too. Wk5r3 Thursday and if I can do 16 minutes it will be an official miracle. 😄

I know what you mean!! I've just done wk 5 r2, 2x8 mins and can't quite believe it. I almost feel like doing it again right now!!
