The dreaded W6R1 complete

After reading so many posts about this run, I proceeded with caution. And within about 2 minutes I could tell it felt harder than w5r3. Whether that's because it's psychological or because my body hasn't recovered from the first 'longer' run, I'm not sure. I can say though, that it is perfectly designed to be a hellish struggle.

I did complete it though so onwards and upwards!! 🏃🏃

Well done.

That's the Widowmaker out of the way, then.........

Well done you, that run totally had me heading for the psychiatrists couch, which is ironic given the programme's name... you are doing brilliantly.

It is longer. This one catches people out as we all think it must be easier than doing a long consistent run. The programme however, only goes in one direction - there are no easier weeks. It is 18 minutes of running with a further 6 minutes of walking in between. So you probably covered more distance than W5R3.

It catches most out this one. Get W6 out of the way and you are on the home straight to graduation.
