Yay I'm glad I didn't do it last night. Tonight was much, much cooler and the strong tail wind only helped a little
I found the first 90 secs run a little hard for whatever reason but then the rest of the run was easier. I can't believe that in two weeks, there's a 20-minute run!! Let me at it, haha. Take it easy out there

Thank you. I've read it's not a good idea to look ahead at what's in store as it may have a "bad effect". But from what I've read on here, I know the programme prepares you for it progressively. So, although I sneaked a quick forward look, I'm confident in the programme to get me there!
Good... keep the “yes I can” voice and disregard the “can I do this?” Voice. Your mindset will at some point get you through a run when your body wants to give up. You can and will do this.
Huge well done.. and just know that you will be ready for each and every one of the runs to come...Trusting the plan, and believing in yourself... plus slow and steady of course...that is all you need
Thank you for having talent spotted me, haha. So, I'm under no pressure then I think dread is the right word but in a good way. Feel free to "join me" for any runs. The next one should be tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of this wet weekend.
I still haven’t seen any significant rain yet! 🤷🏼♀️I’m obviously dodging it as I was in Truro where it was boiling and now I’m on the East coast and it’s quite pleasant so far today. Saw no rain on the journey either.
Home tomorrow to (hopefully) a well watered garden...
