Can't believe I just did it and nearly made 5k in 30 mins! After a week off, to get married, far too much wedding cake, beer and a few practice run to get back in the grove also a new pair of runners I've just graduated from the couch to 5k a stone lighter than I started and feel so much fitter, thank you all and thank you Jo Wiley you've all helped me along the way! A day off now and I'm running again!
