Just back from COMPLETING COUCH TO 5K and I couldn’t be happier!
Thank you to everyone on this forum who has cheered me on along the way, genuinely not sure I would have been able to do it without you all!
For anyone just getting started on their running journey, keep going (slowly) and stick around on this forum, you can do this!!
I work weekends (the joys of working in hospitality) so unfortunately Parkrun isn’t an option for me but I know there is a Wednesday night running club in Edinburgh that I’m tempted by.
Now to celebrate with a chocolate croissant (maybe even two), a cup of tea and last night’s Apprentice!

Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓 🏃
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the October graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊.
Fantastic! Enjoy your achievement and your celebration!!👊🏻👍🏻😁
When you're ready do check out the what next FAQs and maybe consider joining the Bridge 2 10K forum too. It certainly does not mean you have to go 10k but you'll find others who have finished C25K there 👍🏻😁
