Yay I did it. Over the moon, what a start to the day.
Not the easiest start to a run, definately a very toxic 5 minutes. But settled in eventualy. This one was never about the 30 minutes for me, it was about finishing with a full 5k run and I did it.
My motivation today on this Fathers Day was the memory of my Dad who I lost last year, I know he would have encouraged me every step of the way, so i dedicate this milestone to him π
Thank you all for the fantastic support and encouragement, this truly is a wonderful forum to be a part of.
Wherever you are in the program, trust it, embrace it and enjoy it. You can all do it.
I'm now off for a much needed shower π₯π₯π₯ππππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπ₯π₯π₯
