Week 6 update

Week 6 is in the bag.

I was away in Norfolk this week so had to make up my routes to run almost on the spot. I was so busy looking at the new scenery and countyrside that I almost forgot I was running.

Well worth running somewhere new if you get the opportuntiy, I found that it kept things interesting and kind of fresh.

Week 7 starts tomorrow back on my usual beat......
