Hello and welcome. This is an online running forum so we dont actually meet up. There is a similar forum for walking on this link:

healthunlocked.com/walkingf...

If you get to a point where you are ready to begin running , come back and join us😀🏃🏻‍♀️

Even tgough you haven't started C25k itself yet, you are more than welcome to hang around here in the meantime. I have been known to recommend to people to do a good months worth of daily walking before trying to start C25K. In fact, I'll go one further - it would be good if you could get yourself to the point where you can not only walk for 30 minutes on most days of the week - but also to do so on a few occasions as fast as you can walk. There is no doubt that running for beginners is stressful on leg muscles and most of us have discovered muscles we never ever knew we had :) A month of good solid walking is a month well invested.
