Well that wasn't so bad, got into quite a comfortable pace, absolutely chucking it down but I kinda like running in the rain, not so many people about and cools you down, quite refreshing, squelchy trainers are not so good though π roll on the next run πππ

Drying squelchy trainers - remove insoles if possible, stuff with scrunched up newspapers, leave for an hour, replace newspapers with dry newspapers, leave for 2 hours - should be dry now, if now perform another change of newspapers

I do my best running in the rain - and I know I'm not alone in that - the shower afterwards is fab. Drying out the running shoes less so! π
