W9R3 Graduation Run Completed at Parkrun

Can’t quite believe it. I’ve graduated running 5K at parkrun.

My time was 36:55, I was aiming for under 40 minutes 🎉🎉

I was sooo nervous and parts were hard.

Thanks for all the support from everyone on here. If I can do it you all can 😁💪🏼🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I dunno... when I was in Japan I basically had to live on rice, it was difficult, well pretty much impossible, to eat veggie, and I hate tofu!
