Well I would if I had a snook.
So run 3 this morning. I had a headache (side effect of some meds on Monday) but I wanted to see if a run would help. Started badly, got worse till about halfway. Serious chat with self, slow down you can do it etc. Got there in the end. πππ
I think I've redefined Mr Plod (Noddys mate) as the the old bloke dragging himself around Dussindale Park, however I finished so it's 28 mins next week π§π§π§
It's a cliche but still true " I did it, you can too"
