Am overjoyed in finishing this app and now running for 30 mins-not quite running 5k but don't care as know the distance will come!! Thanks to.all you.lovely people out there giving me the encouragement I needed not to give up!!! Wowsers 🏃‍♀️🎉🎉🎉🎉🐌👍
