WK5 : R1 SUCCESS!!! 😊

Hi everyone

I was meant to commencement wk 5 on Sunday, but time did not permit, so I did it last night after arriving home from my Mum. I paused my Fitbit when I walked and set it when I jogged. Silly really as it's not proper running, but psychologically, it pleases me...little things and all of that, lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Quite apprehensive, but depending on the situation in life, I sometimes don't like to know what's in store πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ so I entered into run 1 with faith. Can't believe it yet again that I completed it, but I did, 15 minutes in total of light jogging, with me reigning myself on occasions to not go too fast a pace.

Here's to R2 on Wednesday, but it might be Thursday depending on my situation tomorrow πŸ˜ƒ x

It is sometimes best not to look ahead and just to run so you have nothing to be apprehensive of. Mind games are probably the biggest battle from now on. Enjoy your next run.
