Holy moly mother of god, I did it! Not only did I do it, it felt SMASHING! Average pace was 14.34, and at one point I was doing an11 minute mile!
One week ago I felt at total rock bottom, and with you all behind me I now feel like I can do this, that all is not lost and I can see a future (better) me.
