Amazed I can run 25 mins in relative comfort now . I can remember at the start when the jump from 60 to 90 seconds seemed hard ....onwards!

Go you and welcome to Week 7 and I too remember the 60 -90 jump, I really thought a sadist had dreamt up such a programme .

All down hill now....You are a RUNNER :)

I did W6 R3 last night... wouldn't say it was with relative ease though! I did hear Sarah (Sorry Laura, your taste in music is just awful.) say to kick it up a gear for the last 60 seconds, considered how I was feeling and went for it anyway!

Good on you for making it to week 7.

Its such a great feeling to manage 25 mins running without stopping. I never would have thought it possible for me 2 months ago. Still can't quite believe it. Not sure my OH believes I can do it although the beetroot coloured face days it all....
