Just completed W6R3. Anyone else finding this week really hard? I have had to slow right down almost to a stop, yes I did finish but I don’t feel as euphoric as I have on previous weeks. And it doesn’t help that I am now thinking about running for 25 minutes on Sunday without stopping! I suppose that is the test is it? If I can do that I can finish the course? Perhaps if I could see some physical change or improvement in myself it would spur me on. 65 next with about 14lbs to lose. And (she adds hastily) it was flipping hot at 8.30am today, already about 24oC.

I just did W6R2 this morning and have to say I’m anxious about the 25mins...but do you know what, we’ve got this far, I think we’ve both got this! It’s hard to see the change when you’re constantly pushing yourself a bit more each time. But I bet if you could go back to your week 1 run 1 self you’d see the difference straight away!
