So I've made it passed week 1 not sure what to expect in week 2 but hopefully I'm at a stage I can do this! Hope everyone doing well 🏃

Thanks for the encouragement 😊 yes your right just gonna take each run at a time and go at my own pace I'm gonna start week 2 on Sunday as tomorrow my rest day ☝️
