week 1 done
Well done! I started this programme today and Im going to see how I get on and I also will repeat week 1 if I feel I have to but Ive read some blog posts on here and some think week 2 is easier?! I looked and its 90 secs running and 2 mins walking.......hmm...might be then?! GOod luck and Keep going!
Well done! 8) I have seen some more experienced runners than me comment that if you finish a week successfully, just see how you get on with Week 2. I am fat and unfit too and so far I have just plodded on. I always tell myself that I can repeat a run if I need to but haven't had to yet. Give it a go!
Just completed week one too, I found it really hard going. I have no stamina. Think I will go on to week 2 though. Good Luck
Well done - it's a big step to start. I would try week 2. I kept repeating week 1 because I felt unfit but have found in later weeks that you can just plough on. Try it, you will be surprised.
Well done - You'll amaze yourself!
I've just done W5R1 and really struggled with W1R1 (fat & unfit) but its fantastic how quickly we improve.
Good Luck and keep us informed :))
Well done, I was about 3.5 stone overweight when I did this, but had built up the time and briskness of my dog walks, it is up to you if you want to repeat a week that is the best thing about this programme, but sometimes its good to challenge yourself and try the next session too!
Good luck.
Well done! Since you got through week 1, why not give week 2 a go ? If youre uncomfortable try week 1 again, but I think week 2 is worth a shot
well done
I'm with the majority here when I say, move on and give week 2 a go! It's better to try than to keep telling yourself you can't do it yet!
Good luck.
I need to lose weight and I'm unfit but I just did R1 of W2 and it was fine - give it a try x
thanks everyone i think i will just go for it and do week 2.thank you all for the support
