Perhaps go back a week if you didn't run on holiday? You will soon pick up again, don't worry but keep at it 😎

Just keep going out and running. It will all come back, but slow and steady! If you did the run carry on to the next. If not then maybe consider dropping back to week 5 and building again.

You can do this!

Maybe start up with a run from week 3 just to give yourself confidence and to get back into the swing. When you're ready, attack week 9 again. Good luck.

Slow down.. then slower...and as ju-ju- suggests, maybe be kind to yourself and head back a week.. the runs will still be there for you and you will enjoy them more:)

Great advice as ever, being kind and not beating yourself up is the biggy. Go slow and steady and for sure you'll be back to light legs and a tidy head!
