I am currently working my way through week 8! Woo hoo...I’m getting there slowly and steadily - it’s taken me a while - I can’t always run 3 times a week as I have a baby and a toddler and childcare can be an issue but I’m not giving up and I feel so much better for it! This programme has exceeded my expectations and I really encourage anyone to give it a go. We are in Portugal this week and I’ve even managed 2 runs here 🙌🏼 (I have never ever exercised on holiday before!) I had no idea where I was going but that made the run go by very quickly! Happy running folks! 🏃🏼♀️

Fabulous! I ran on holiday last month, it’s great isn’t it. All new and interesting. Certainly does make the run fly by. Well done for persevering even with all your young family 👏👏👏

Well done on your holiday running . I also did this when I was away in Croatia . I have discovered it’s a great way to see the area and a great sense of achievement too ! Keep going this program is brilliant I completed it last December and still going strong . Try a park run if you can they are great fun
