Just started week 2, kind of messed it up because of work, I’m guessing your supposed to just carry on into the following to catch up? Felt a bit easier after week one, unless I’m still drunk or something.

Best to do all three runs as prescribed, even if it takes you longer than a week. Otherwise you are likely to get injured.. You are trying to build up stamina and endurance by doing the programme.
You have to keep the rest days... there’s no prizes for doing this in x weeks.
No catching up required in c25k. It’s your plan to do in your time. 9 weeks is just the number of sections there are to complete and in each section there are three runs. No time limits, no hassle. Just one run following on from the previous one. And do take the rest days. They are important for your body to build up. Aerobically you will feel fitter straight practically away but bones, ligaments, muscles improve at a slower rate. The link below is long but well worth a read to get you in the right direction.
