Impressed that you weren't 'Reading ahead' and only just noticed! Really you will be fine. This is the genius of the programme....

Thankyou

You will be fine. Just remember the 'slow is best' mantra. It's not a race, and the important thing is to maintain a sustainable pace so don't get carried away at the start and you'll have those 20 minutes in the bag.

You'll be fine. Trust the programme and believe in yourself 🙂

Oldfloss always says don't peek for this reason. You will do it though never fear.

I'll add to the numerous people who were apprehensive about W5R3 - and then found it was absolutely fine. Run 2 kind of prepares you for it, though, with 8+5+8 - albeit the 5 in the middle is walking, but that's a period of 21 minutes before you can relax into a cool-down walk. With R3 it's only 20 minutes.

I think we were all worried about it until after when we realised it was nothing to worry about. Just grit your teeth, keep to a sustainable pace, and go for it. You'll be amazed and delighted when you get to the end of it.
