So so pleased! Finally done week 9 run 3! Taken me just over 10 weeks but I've done it! Managed 4.8k so am happy with that!
Looking for a new goal now, happy days! Can't believe I can run for 30 minutes! Thanks to all for all the lovely supportive and helpful comments I've had along the way!
