Had my last run today on the programme. 4.2km overall. Wow i'm so happy and proud. I haven't lost the weight I wanted to but I am certainly healtheir than I was so I'm happy. I'm going to carry on until I can run a 30 minute 5k then build up to a 10k as the months go by. Thanks for all the support everyone

Well done, graduate. I did W9R1 this morning at a park run. I have finally, in the last couple of weeks, noticed the weight start to reduce - I think it is the longer runs that make the difference so I hope you will soon start to notice, too.

Brilliant. Very well done and congratulations. That is my plan too. Get comfortable and confident at 5k and be able to run sub 30 min. Then move onto training for 10k in the new year. Well done again.
