I graduated a few weeks ago but that only got me to 30mins of running. I've continued to increase the time (and distance) and slowly but surely I've made it! Today I ran my first 5k non-stop. I am sooooooo proud to have achieved this. I just need to keep on running now. Whoop!

And sub-30, no. I acknowledge I will never do that. But I'd be happy with 35-45 minutes. 35 is my goal. What's your pace?
