5k in the bag

I graduated a few weeks ago but that only got me to 30mins of running. I've continued to increase the time (and distance) and slowly but surely I've made it! Today I ran my first 5k non-stop. I am sooooooo proud to have achieved this. I just need to keep on running now. Whoop!

Well done you too! It feels incredible but I remain slow. Too slow. I need to speed up.

It is! That's fantastic! It would take me over an hour to run 7k! Well done you!

I'm not much quicker than you and doubt I will ever do a sub 30 minutes 5k. I am just pleased to be doing it tbh! I recommend a good audio book....

Good idea! Never thought of that.

And sub-30, no. I acknowledge I will never do that. But I'd be happy with 35-45 minutes. 35 is my goal. What's your pace?
