I was very determined to hit the 5k tonight and I did. I used Siri for the 5 min warm up walk and started Nike run on my watch and my chosen music playlist C25K. No motivation in my ear apart from music, I did find my self checking my watch which was kilometres achieved and did 5.01km in 0.36.08 yay! I still find running tough, but there just something about it πŸ€”πŸ˜†

Congratulations on completing your first 5k in a good time of 36.08, probably your next run will be sub 35 minutes πŸƒπŸΎπŸ˜Š

Congratulations!! In the bag, goal achieved... how did you find it without the coach’s countdown ?

To be honest I miss the coach’ countdown and motivation. I used Nike running app which says it has voice over, but did not interrupt over my music, so found myself looking at my watch. Thank you.
