after completing C25K I decided to compete in a 5k race raising funds for Bath Mind. Unfortunately storm Darragh had other ideas and so the race was cancelled today. But I ran 5k today anyway as I’d put in the training and it would’ve been a shame not to put it to good use. So with Coach Bennett spurring me on I completed it in 41:56 minutes and I can’t tell you how proud I am of myself.

Congratulations. Takes more than a storm to keep us Welsh boys in. Unfortunately we had trees down so I will be running today instead.
