Heading out for my first post holiday run. 2.5 weeks since my last. Really hope I haven't lost much fitness. Wish me luck 😊

I had a wonderful holiday thank you. Feeling refreshed 😊

My short term plan is to run 5k a little faster. I'm liking the idea of training for a 10k but I'm just not sure yet. Early days still.

Well done and welcome back. Yes I'm in the same boat. I would like to start training for 10k but I'm going to wait for another few months. I am going to concentrate on 5k and train so as to get a little faster. I would like to be able to do 5k in under 30mins most of the time and be comfortable.
