Welcome back Jomarie, hope you had a good holiday.
Sounds like you post holiday run was good, see nothing to worry about. So what now?

Well done and welcome back. Yes I'm in the same boat. I would like to start training for 10k but I'm going to wait for another few months. I am going to concentrate on 5k and train so as to get a little faster. I would like to be able to do 5k in under 30mins most of the time and be comfortable.
