So after Achilles problem, toe break and groin strain ... I ran for 35 mins today!!! Not quite followed the end of the plan as i had a new phone that kept closing the c25k app so gave up with it and stuck with runkeeper. Terrible run a week ago - wind in face and could only manage 15 mins plus i had a groin strain. Anyway today 4km and just over 35 min run πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€. Ps started c25k on my birthday on the 23rd April 😁 ( second attempt)

Well done.

To fully graduate you need to run 3x30 minutes..........just not clear from your post.
