So last night I did W9 R3 on the sunny mineral trails of Cornwall. My first run was mid February so I’ve taken longer than planned. Mostly because I can only manage 1 or 2 runs per week with time constraints. Also sometimes felt I needed more than a couple of days to recover (knees). Still getting tight calves and hips but managing to keeping going for the 30 mins and am amazed every time I run a little bit longer or a bit faster. This plan is amazing!
Next steps a Race for Life 5K. My first ever. Then a fun ‘inflatable 5K’ with work friends in July. This is what made me start C25K. So I don’t let the team down 😉
And then .. who knows? I’ll still keep it up and try to get out a couple of times per week.
Now, where do I go for the famous Graduate badge?

Congratulations squiddley on completing C25K. Fantastic achievement 🎉🎉🎉 Good luck for Race for Life and the inflatable 5K. I have just graduated this week and I to get aches in my hips, does anyone else?
Thanks Redcat19. I think it’s to do with the hip flexors working hard because the glutes are a bit lazy. Running has improved this for me but I need to do more glute strengthening too. Hope your hips ease up. 👍
Congratulations to you squiddley ïon completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done 😀 🏃 🎓
