So my plan to complete week 8 last week fell through as I've been suffering with a cold! I did however manage four 7 minute runs, (with long breaks) varying my pace and a quick sprint on the home stretch! It wasn't a 28 minute run non stop but it was the best I could do with my lack of energy so I am not too disappointed.
I also ran outside which made a lovely change from the usual treadmill. I am always surprised by the hidden green spaces in London. The picture above is of my local park, which is also the home of my nearest Parkrun!
I am going to attempt the 28 minute run again tonight but I know i'm not 100% so I am not expecting miracles Looks like I'll be graduating in August now!
Wish me luck!

Enjoy, your run. Go very steadily. No need to hurry
Yep green spaces in town are very useful. Find them all! You can always use a new route π
This running lark opens up a whole new world of possibilities, many of which in our own backyard, just there waiting to be explored. Running outdoors is where it's at πββοΈβοΈπͺπ
Take it very slowly and do not push too hard.. a gentle recovery run will do just fine Plus.. an August Graduation..perfect I shall wear my floaty summer dress for the Graduation party! x
