Finally managed 3 X 30 minutes in a week - but it's taken 14 weeks rather than nine. This is thanks to lack of confidence and wanting to repeat later weeks "just to make sure" and also a holiday when I wasn't able to run. But I did it and am mighty relieved, and just a little bit proud (and surprised TBH!). Now I need to up my speed to actually achieve 5k in 30 mins. It will take me a few weeks but I'm on a roll now and determined to achieve it in time. This programme is great - and if I can complete it ANYONE CAN!! π
