It’s a long time since I’ve been called one of those!! Busy day inside all yesterday sewing and at 3.30pm I thought let’s go for this final run in the most beautiful sunshine....and smashed it with improved pace and 5.1kms. But I still walked either end of the 30 mins so I know I’m not quite there yet.
Having read and inwardly digested all the advice on here, I’m going to consolidate the time over the next 3 weeks so that running becomes a habit and try to increase 10% one run a week, that’s my target. Also start Map my Run app com the run bit not the walk bit!
I started on 27th December, this can be done, a great program and feel a real sense of achievement!

Congratulations, those 9 weeks go so quickly, and then you are out there, on your own, left to your own devices! Sounds like you are really switched on to what comes next, and you will have spring and summer weather to help you along! 🏃🏻♀️💐🥇
