Well, I've got to week 5 (which has taken me longer than 5 weeks as some weeks I've repeated). I'm seriously doubting my day 3 run and my ability to run 20 minutes without stopping. It's quite a leap from day 2 which is the 8 minute blocks. Any suggestions / tips that may help please???

Welcome. Read other posts about this run and you will realise that your feelings are extremely common and that they are overcome by belief in your own abilities. The step up in running time is actually not that huge, just without a walking interval.
Tell yourself that you are going to do it, before you begin. Start slow, stay slow. This is mind games. You can do it.
Go out there expecting to do it. Complete the run and come back on this forum so we can celebrate your achievement 😀💪🏻

I've just returned from my 20 minute run, no stops and feel on top of the world, though exhausted. It's such an achievement for me who has never found exercise easy. Thank you so much for your kind words. What a fab site this is.
