This one is 99.99% mental, just take it steady. The plan works, you’ve put in all the effort, completing this one is a big reward. Enjoy
Amazing, well done you. You've got this far so you can definitely do it.
I did mine on Saturday just gone and was so nervous before-hand but I actually think it ended up being my favourite run yet! Yes, tough in places, but like everyone else has said, just slow down until you feel comfortable again and keep going. It will be over before you know it, promise.
