Hi everyone

I started couch to 5k recently and got to week 2 run 2 but I got a really bad cold and had to stop for 4 days. Should I start over or just pick up where I left off?

Thanks!

Hi Hannah, only you know your own body/fitness level but I would possibly start again at w2r1 and see how you feel. It wouldn't be too big a problem though if you had to go back to w1 :)

Glad to hear it! I think it's always best to try the next run and see how you get on and only go back if you need to. I had 5 days off with a bug. I waited till I was ready then started exactly where I'd left off... No probs. Good luck with the rest of the programme!
