Graduation Run

Just back from my final run - 5.8k!! Thank you for all of your support. I never knew that I could run or I would learn to love running. For those who think they are too unfit! I am 55,hip replacement, asthmatic. Listen to your body, if you have some twinges have a short break. I had terrible calf pain but I think I was just growing muscles. I might have only lost a few pounds but I am more toned than I have ever been and look and feel great!! Don't give up!!

I do and because I went out later than usual spent the last 10 mins wondering what to have for breakfast. Came home to find husband filming with finishing line tape over the door
