Managed to do my final run of week 6 this morning (Huzzah!), and it's lovely to be back running again. I'm even finding I'm actually enjoying the longer runs, especially now I've got my pacing back on track - not sure whether it was because I'd taken a week break, was running in a completely different place (having moved back home for the Summer) or because I'd gone back to interval running, but found the first two runs of this week challenging, though this third run was definitely better I've also been struggling to motivate myself lately (something I'd been worried about because I'd stopped for a week), but found that once I'd actually put my running stuff on I was able to just get on with it, and I actually enjoyed the run in the end I'm hoping that getting back into the habit of posting in here after every run will help too. Definitely different running around a village rather than a city though; I very rarely saw people I knew before, now I seem to see someone I know every 5 minutes xD Ah, the joys of living in the back of beyond!
